An exciting and rare opportunity to help create a new setting from its outset, building upon a long‑established and much loved environment. The Deputy Manager will use their knowledge and experience to shape and mould the setting as it is established.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Manager to help plan the curriculum by providing safe, creative, and appropriate educational opportunities for all children within an inclusive environment, preparing activities, organising programmes, and arranging equipment as part of our productive team.
  • Inspire and lead the small team of staff to deliver high‑quality inclusive early years education and care in line with our policies, procedures and best practice.
  • Contribute to and adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring children’s safety at all times and implementing the policies together with legal and statutory requirements.
