You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.
Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the recruitment process.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Answering guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities
- Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner, endeavouring at all times to accommodate their requests
- Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times & ensure that the reception area is tidy & ready for service at all times
- Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every guest leaves wanting to return
- Help run children’s Birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
- Face painting & Balloon modelling
- Selling of various food and drink items to guests
- Someone who is able to adapt behaviour to different situations
- Who also is able to generate ideas to increase sales/improve standards
- Who also has the ability to work within an already amazing team!
- Someone who has the ability to manage and control large groups of guests.
- Oh and not forgetting, enjoys working with children!
