What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.

Your Pub

The Hornsmill in Helsby, is a stylish site, with an exceptionally welcoming atmosphere and bags of character. The site offers freshly prepared food, and has an orangery dedicated to food service. Alternatively, customers can relax in the more traditional pub area to enjoy the amazing food and drinks that are on offer. There is also an attractive outside area, for al fresco dining, as well as access to many different walking routes. Walkers, dogs and families are all welcome, making this an extremely vibrant site to be part of.
