The Horns is a beautifully renovated, old country pub, just outside Henley, close to Maidenhead and Reading. Since reopening in November 2025, the pub has established itself as a popular destination and continues to build a strong reputation for great service, good food and excellent selection of wines and beers. It's a busy environment and growing, with a spacious kitchen inside and another kitchen in the fabulous outside gazebo.

We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join our talented team. You will be working closely with the Team to devise new menus, plan and manage seasonal specials and events. We need a great cook, well organised, able to cope with busy service and willing to mentor junior staff. You will need to understand our customers and ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards. Managing the kitchen workflow and assignments, you will ensure a consistent service and excellent hygiene levels. You'll be part of a fun, friendly and hard-working crew, with support to develop your own career.
