This is a temporary, full time vacancy that will close in 13 days at 10:00 GMT.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate employee records on Cascade and the staff intranet.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and change forms.
- Support recruitment, including posting adverts, arranging interviews, and completing pre‑employment checks.
- Assist with onboarding and mandatory training for new starters.
- Respond to routine HR queries and escalate when necessary.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations, including preparing packs and taking minutes.
You will be organised, accurate, and confident using IT systems. You will enjoy detail‑focused work, handling confidential information professionally, and supporting a variety of HR tasks.
Key Skills and Experience- Strong administrative skills with good literacy and numeracy.
- Experience in HR administration, including supporting employee relations with meeting paperwork and minutes.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and experience using HR systems (Cascade).
- Confident IT user, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Accurate, organised, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
