Salary: £28,000 (Fixed Term - 6 months, full time)

Location: SE23 3PQ

This is a temporary, full time vacancy that will close in 13 days at 10:00 GMT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records on Cascade and the staff intranet.
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and change forms.
  • Support recruitment, including posting adverts, arranging interviews, and completing pre‑employment checks.
  • Assist with onboarding and mandatory training for new starters.
  • Respond to routine HR queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations, including preparing packs and taking minutes.
About You:

You will be organised, accurate, and confident using IT systems. You will enjoy detail‑focused work, handling confidential information professionally, and supporting a variety of HR tasks.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Strong administrative skills with good literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience in HR administration, including supporting employee relations with meeting paperwork and minutes.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and experience using HR systems (Cascade).
  • Confident IT user, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Accurate, organised, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
