The Horniman Museum and Gardens in London is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused team member for Retail & Admissions.

You’ll welcome visitors, sell tickets, memberships, and a range of retail products, and ensure a warm, engaging experience for guests of all ages.

In this role you’ll upsell memberships, communicate benefits, and help meet income targets while acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Horniman’s collections and public programme.
