Horniman Museum and Gardens is seeking an experienced Head of People and Culture to work part-time, leading the People and Culture function and supporting the organisation's Forward Plan. You will act as a strategic partner, delivering HR advice to managers, shaping an inclusive culture, embedding values, and leading a small team while coordinating safeguarding activities where required.
Salary £54,528 per annum, pro-rata (actual salary £32,716.80), hours 21 per week (0.6 FTE).
