As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our regional sales and partner teams. You’ll help optimise processes, improve data quality, and deliver the insights that drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline workflows and enable our teams to perform at their best. You manage and optimise CRM data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales cycle. You produce clear, timely reports on pipeline, performance, and forecasting. You support new team members with onboarding and system training. You coordinate between departments to improve quote-to-order and reporting efficiency. You identify process improvements and support key projects that increase operational effectiveness. You analyse sales trends and performance metrics to highlight risks or opportunities. You handle internal and partner queries professionally and efficiently.

You have experience in Sales Operations, Business Administration, or a related analytical or commercial role. You have excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. You have strong organisational and multitasking ability with attention to detail. You have experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel or Power BI. You have an analytical mindset with curiosity and a drive for improvement. You can meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
