This is a remote fullâtime position based in Northern Ireland and is available for immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen partner relationships, ensuring longâterm growth and mutual success.
- Build a proactive partner network, driving engagement and ensuring the successful onboarding of new partners.
- Oversee partner business plans, track performance, and deliver insights to optimize partner growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual trust and growth.
- Address partnership challenges with integrity and drive measurable success.
- Develop, implement, and oversee partner programs, training, and enablement initiatives.
- Identify strategic growth areas, generate opportunities for your Inside Sales Rep, and drive business development.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and partner needs to enhance program effectiveness.
- Attend trade shows, partner events, and industry forums to represent Hornetsecurity and showcase our solutions.
- Set realistic, dataâdriven targets and track progress through reports, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT sales, particularly in cybersecurity solutions, and understanding partner business processes.
- A proven track record of successfully developing sales partners and driving growth.
- Confidence in dealing with partners and customers at all levels and a passion for delivering value propositions.
- Ownership of success, thriving on challenges, and pushing to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Excellence at managing multiple partnerships, setting clear priorities, and ensuring success across your territory.
- Willingness to travel as needed (a full UK driving license is required) and engage in faceâtoâface meetings, presentations, and proposals.
