As part of our clients continued expansion programme, we are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to help service and grow their client base. The person will be an integral part of their sales team.
Responsibilities:
- The job will include the development of new clients along with ensuring existing customers are regularly visited.
- Promote and sell the full equipment portfolio and related services.
- Accurately prospect and market the sales area to ensure that pipeline is consistent and internal and supplier targets are met.
- Carry out detailed site surveys and identify required specifications.
- Create and present accurate proposals, ensure timely follow-ups are undertaken.
- Manage all aspects of administration relating to internal processes.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and passionate about success.
- You will ideally have previously worked within the material handling industry and have a proven track record.
- The company is willing to consider candidates from other sectors who will demonstrate transferable skills.
