Main duties of the job

If you have (or want to develop) a specialist interest, we actively encourage you to apply to see how we can help you develop a service for our patients. About us
We are a dynamic, friendly, 13500 patient practice in the heart of Hornchurch. We are a well-established teaching and training practice with good reviews and a long-serving, experienced team. Our key team values are innovation, flexibility and team-working. We are focused on staff wellbeing and provide bespoke flexible working patterns and clinician mentorship if you would like it. The starting salary is £11000 per session, per annum. We believe our GPs work hard and deserve a generous leave allowance (8 weeks pa) and a week of study leave pa. We provide a BMA contract, indemnity cover and annual salary review.
We have regular practice meetings and lunches. We believe in continuous improvement and have a strong QI culture. Developing or maintaining a portfolio career is encouraged and supported. There are teaching and leadership opportunities both within the practice and across our dynamic PCN.
