Our client is seeking an experienced sales leader with 15+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, and team leadership within the asset management or wider financial services sector. This is a quota-carrying, new business focused role selling front office and middle office outsourcing and offshoring solutions to Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Hedge Funds, and Insurance firms.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of originating, qualifying, and closing complex B2B deals
- Strong “hunter” mentality with excellent sales acumen
- Deep understanding of asset management workflows and institutional buyer behaviour
- Experience selling services and solutions rather than SaaS/subscription products
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CIOs, COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Research
- Strong consultative and solution-led sales approach
The Role:
You will drive strategic sales activity, build pipeline, win new logos, and manage long-term client relationships across the investment management and insurance sectors. Solutions include:
