Hornblower Group is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant – Pier Crew for seasonal work across central London piers.
You will rotate between ticket office sales, passenger flow management and assisting guests with boarding on our vessels.
Requirements include strong customer service skills, good English, and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Shifts cover Monday to Sunday, including evenings and holidays.
