Menopause Training partner. This isn't a job. It's a licence to lead. From April 2027 UK businesses with 250+ employees will be legally required to demonstrate their commitment to menopause support. Menopause training just moved from a nice to have, to a necessity. And the demand for qualified, credible trainers is only going in one direction.

If you have lived experience of menopause, hormone health challenges and/or the intersection that exists with being neurodivergent or you're an existing trainer, coach or HR professional ready to add something meaningful to your portfolio - this is for you. Hormones on the Blink is looking for licensed training partners. This is self-employed work. You build your own client base, set your own schedule and keep 100% of everything you earn from your own clients.

We give you everything else:

  • Full training in our methodology and delivery frameworks
  • CPD accredited programmes ready to deliver
  • Slide decks and participant materials
  • Ongoing content updates and monthly partner calls
  • A community of sharp, mission-driven trainers behind you

What makes this different? There are many things that make our training different, we go deep into the science, the research, the studies, the overlap between life experiences, culture, ethnicity, age, the gaps that need joining up to give you the confidence to feel like the expert in the room when you are out delivering training. But one of those is that most menopause training doesn't go near neurodivergence, or truly speak to why some people's menopause journey feels more challenging than others. Ours sees this as a priority, because those women are in every workplace, yet few are equipped to support them yet. As a HOTB licensed training partner, you will be.

It isn't a salaried role. It's a licence to bring work that genuinely matters into the rooms where it's needed, in your community, your region, your way. Find out more below.
