The Role: As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the strategic and creative engine behind Hormona’s global brand and growth journey. Sitting at the leadership table, you’ll shape our positioning, fuel international expansion, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team to drive bold campaigns, user acquisition, and brand loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Global Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities across Europe, North America, and beyond.
- Localize brand and marketing strategies for cultural nuance while maintaining a strong, consistent global presence.
- Lead influencer, affiliate, and partnership strategies to amplify reach and drive grassroots growth.
- Score and cultivate global strategic brand partnerships that drive awareness, credibility, and organic growth.
- Brand & Marketing Alignment
- Own and evolve our global brand strategy and voice — ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints and positioning Hormona as the go-to platform for hormone health worldwide.
- Align brand messaging with marketing execution to create seamless, high-impact campaigns that resonate globally and locally.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop campaigns, visual identity, and storytelling across all channels.
- Partner with product, content, and design teams to deliver a unified user and brand experience across every stage of the customer journey.
- Performance, Digital, and Data
- Oversee integrated marketing programs across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through marketing activities using data-driven decision-making.
- Find ways to maximize ROI to reach profitability as soon as possible.
- Community, Content, and Engagement
- Champion our user community and develop strategies to nurture loyalty, advocacy, and education.
- Oversee content marketing, email, and social to deliver value and connection at every touchpoint.
- Support Social Media & Community Manager in community activations, ambassador programs, and other initiatives that bring Hormona’s mission to life.
- Leadership & Team Building
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing international marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, agility, accountability, and impact.
- Collaborate closely with product, commercial, and executive teams to align growth and brand objectives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, including brand, growth, and global expansion roles
- Proven success scaling DTC or health/wellness brands internationally
- Strong creative instincts and ability to lead impactful campaigns across channels and cultures
- Expertise in data-driven performance marketing and customer journey optimization
- Deep understanding of community-building, social media, and influencer marketing
- Design fluency (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and hands-on creative skills
- A passion for women’s health, wellness, and changing the narrative
- A collaborative, mission-first mindset — and the courage to lead boldly
