Hi, my name is Laura and I am the owner of LL Fitness. I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and hold a level 3 award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition. I am also a certified Instructor for Buggy Beat, Lift Leanâ„¢, Fitness Pilatesâ„¢ and Kettlebells.
I specialise in supporting women through their fitness journey, from postnatal recovery and total beginners to experienced individuals returning to fitness or wanting to try something new. I absolutely love running group fitness classes and working with 1:1 and small group personal training clients. I have a home studio where I work with my Personal Training clients.
I am passionate about the services I provide and ensure that people feel welcome, comfortable and leave with a sense of achievement. I love seeing the progression that my clients and class members make and the smiles on their faces when they see it too!
