What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end project management of digital initiatives including websites, apps, ecommerce, CRM and marketing platforms.
- Define scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring accountability at every stage.
- Anticipate risks, solve problems quickly and find creative ways to deliver exceptional results.
- Balance project profitability with client satisfaction, embedding both within the delivery team.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, data protection regulations and security protocols.
- Maintain rigorous project documentation, reporting and risk management practices.
- Monitor budgets and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and return on investment.

What you bring:
- Proven experience delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget; a background in Project Management, Digital Media, Business or a related field is a plus.
- 5+ years' experience managing digital projects such as websites, apps, ecommerce, CRM or marketing platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.
- Broad knowledge of Sitecore Composable digital solutions is a real benefit.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
