Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing EMEA team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in both business development and talent acquisition across multiple countries. This role requires strong knowledge of the UK market and the ability to source and engage top talent not only in the UK but across the wider EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development activities by building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across the UK and EMEA.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce strategies, and recruitment challenges.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Source, attract, and assess high-caliber candidates through headhunting, networking, and the use of digital recruitment tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams across EMEA to ensure a seamless recruitment process and client satisfaction.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within an international or EMEA-focused environment.
- Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and recruitment delivery.
- Strong knowledge of the UK recruitment market, with the ability to adapt quickly to other EMEA countries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
