We are seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Student Behaviour Manager to join our team. The right candidate will work alongside our current staff using Trust procedures, to manage the improvement of behaviour, attitudes and pastoral care of all students. The successful candidate will join an experienced and successful team who are committed to high standards and promoting the education and welfare of young people with SEMHD.
Previous experience of working with students with SEMHD would be desirable. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential requirements of this post. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where staff are valued and nurtured.
Westlands Academy is located in Thornaby and caters for students aged 11‑16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and was rated as 'Good' in our most recent Ofsted.
