As a Special Academy, we believe what we offer to our children, community and staff is unique and enables us to be forward-thinking in terms of our curriculum and provision. Our specialisms are predominantly within Autism, Communication Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
Our staff are our greatest asset, and we invest in both our teaching and support staff CPD, which has placed us in a good position regarding current educational challenges. Our Academy is growing and is very popular with parents and within the community. We have recently had a successful Ofsted Inspection and have been graded as Good.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated General Teaching Assistant (GTA) to join our team and work with our children to support them to be the best they can be. Working in our Academy is incredibly rewarding as we all work together as part of the team enriching the education of our pupils.

- Experience appropriate to working with children in an education setting.
- Commitment to fostering an environment that is encouraging, caring and supportive, with the physical and medical needs of children being catered for to the highest standard.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team who have a clear philosophy and ethos of how they will work together to meet the needs of the pupils in their care and ensure our pupils can be the best they can be.
