At Horizons Academy Bexley, we believe that positive relationships have the power to change lives. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reset and Reintegration Mentor to join our pastoral team, supporting vulnerable young people with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to overcome barriers, re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes. Based within our Reset Hub, you will play a vital role in helping pupils develop self-regulation, resilience, positive behaviour and confidence through a trauma-informed, relational approach.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can build strong professional relationships, remain calm and resilient under pressure, and provide targeted support that makes a genuine difference to pupils' lives. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or specialist expertise in areas such as ELSA, restorative practice, trauma-informed approaches, sensory regulation or therapeutic interventions.
