Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B technology marketing, ideally within Cybersecurity
  • Strong experience across field marketing, channel/partner marketing, and demand generation
  • Proven success supporting revenue teams and delivering measurable pipeline growth
  • Experience working with indirect routes to market including VARs, distributors, alliances, and service providers
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritise investment by market opportunity
  • Comfortable operating in matrixed, fast-growth environments
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in using technologies such as SDFC, Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, Zoom Info, ON24
  • (Desirable) Experienced in marketing to UKI and Northern Europe markets
  • (Desirable) Understanding of cybersecurity categories such as cloud security, endpoint, identity, SOC, threat intelligence, zero trust, or managed security
  • (Desirable) Experience with ABM strategy and enterprise account engagement

What the job involves

We are seeking a high-impact, results-driven Field & Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing execution across Northern Europe, covering UKI, Nordics, and Benelux. This is a highly visible manager-level role designed to accelerate pipeline growth through a balanced mix of field marketing, channel partner marketing, demand generation, executive engagement, and regional go-to-market execution.

The successful candidate will build and execute scalable regional programs that strengthen partner relationships, create demand, support sales priorities, and elevate brand presence across key Northern European markets. This role will be supporting both Enterprise and Commercial Sales reps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and execute the integrated marketing plan for Northern Europe, aligned to EMEA revenue priorities and sales targets
  • Prioritise investment and focus on UKI as the largest market while scaling programs across Nordics, Benelux, and other Northern European territories
  • Translate corporate campaigns into localised regional programs that drive measurable pipeline and partner engagement
  • Develop multi-touch programs including events, webinars, direct mailers, roundtables, digital, social, and ABM
  • Support regional sales teams with campaign strategy, market insights, and program execution
  • Build and execute partner marketing plans with strategic resellers, distributors, MSSPs, alliances, and channel ecosystem partners
  • Drive MDF/co-marketing investment toward measurable pipeline outcomes
  • In partnership with the channel team, launch partner-led demand generation campaigns, enablement programs, and joint market initiatives
  • Strengthen relationships with channel sales leaders and partner account teams
  • Manage lead flow, nurture alignment, conversion optimisation, and follow-up processes with SDR and sales teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise based on ROI, conversion, and pipeline metrics
  • Build quarterly business reviews and performance updates for leadership
  • Share best practices across EMEA and contribute to scalable regional programs
