Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping young learners thrive, especially those who need a little extra support? We are looking for a dedicated TA to join a friendly, child-centred primary school, supporting pupils with behavioural needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SEN specialists to deliver tailored support that helps each learner feel understood, safe, and ready to achieve.
The Role- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Implement personalised strategies that encourage positive engagement and emotional regulation
- Build trusting relationships with learners, acting as a consistent and empathetic role model
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff to maintain a calm, structured learning environment
