The Role

• Lead a Year 2 class with a warm, positive, and structured approach
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and support a range of learning styles
• Work closely with support staff and SEND specialists to ensure every child can access learning
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment where pupils feel valued and motivated
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
• Contribute to the wider life of a caring, community-focused school

About You

• QTS is essential
• Strong classroom practice and a clear understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Experience working with SEN learners or a genuine desire to develop in this area
• A reflective, compassionate teacher who is committed to making learning meaningful and accessible
• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
• Reliable, proactive, and ready to make a positive impact from day one
