We are currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Brent, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to work closely with students, support their academic development, and gain valuable experience within a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Supporting students in and out of the classroom
- Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom engagement
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
- Encouraging students' confidence, progress, and participation
- Supporting students with their academic and personal development
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- A graduate degree
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in education and working with young people
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Ongoing support from a highly experienced team. The permanent equivalent rate is paid after 12 weeks of work, which usually means a pay rise! £300 voucher for a successful referral.
