Horizon Teachers are currently working with a supportive secondary school in Lambeth seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or experienced support staff looking to develop their career within education.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students both inside and outside the classroom, provide 1:1 and small group support, and work closely with teachers to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with children or young people
Be patient, supportive, and adaptable
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a genuine interest in education
