A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Havering, East London is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to become part of its well-established inclusion team.

This full-time, long-term position provides a fantastic opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every young person is encouraged to thrive.

The role offers a daily rate of up to £110, dependent on experience.

About the Role:

  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Work alongside teachers to ensure lessons are engaging and accessible for all learners
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and inclusion team to put individual support plans into practice and monitor progress
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour in students
