Learners are typically Entry 3-Level 2 with additional needs, requiring support to build confidence, independence, and readiness for adulthood. The role involves delivering tailored lessons, assessing progress using RARPA, and supporting learners to develop work-ready skills, including travel training, work experience, and interview preparation.
