Primary Teaching Assistant (SUPPLY basis)
At Provide Education & Teachers UK, we are dedicated to connecting skilled educational professionals with schools that prioritise creating outstanding learning environments. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work across our partnered schools within the Derbyshire area on a supply basis.
Your Role
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils reach their potential
- Supporting assessments and tracking pupil progress
- Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
- Helping with classroom organisation and resource preparation
What We Are Looking For
- Has experience supporting children in a primary school environment
- Demonstrates strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
- Takes a proactive, supportive, and professional approach to their work
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (beneficial but not essential)
