We're looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Mentor to join a welcoming school in North London. This is a rewarding role where you'll work closely with pupils who need additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and succeed in school.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Helping students manage behaviour and stay focused in lessons
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Promoting confidence, resilience, and social skills
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
- Supporting the implementation of behaviour strategies and interventions
What we’re looking for:
- A calm, patient, and confident approach
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is a bonus)
- Strong behaviour management skills
