Contract: Full-time, Term Time. Outside of term time, the successful candidate will be required to work the following additional weeks:
- ~1 week during the May half term
- ~1 week during the April (Easter) half term
- ~3 weeks during the summer break.
Horizon Teachers are working with a vibrant community-driven school based in North West London. They are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organised HR Advisor to join their team from the end of June. This is a pivotal support role within the leadership structure, offering responsibility for managing the school's HR operations, GDPR compliance, safeguarding records, and coordination of IT support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality HR support and advice to the Senior Leadership Team and staff.
- Act as the school's GDPR lead, ensuring compliance across all departments.
- Manage staff training records and ensure up-to-date certification across safeguarding and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with the external IT provider to ensure school systems run smoothly.

- Experience in HR administration or coordination (preferably in an educational or public sector setting).
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a solution focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
