Job Description

An inclusive and high-achieving boys' secondary school in Havering, East London is seeking a passionate and driven Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team this September.

In this long-term, full-time Learning Support Assistant role based in Havering, East London, you will be supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You have the potential to earn up to Β£110 per day!

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND, both in mainstream lessons and in a small group setting
  • Deliver targeted interventions to students with learning disabilities, or speech and language needs
  • Assist teachers in adapting classroom materials to meet a range of learning needs
  • Work closely with experienced staff and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans
