Horizon Teachers are working with a welcoming primary school in Greenford, Ealing, seeking an experienced Finance & HR Administrator for 2 days per week. The role is split between one day supporting Finance and one day supporting HR, offering a varied opportunity within a busy school office.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, purchase orders and payments using the schools FM (Financial Management) system
Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day finance administration
Maintain staff records and provide HR and personnel administration
Handle confidential employee and financial information accurately and professionally
Work closely with the School Business and wider office team to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
Previous school finance, HR or administration experience
Experience using an FM/Financial Management system and strong IT skills
Excellent organisation, accuracy and ability to work independently
