Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
- Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
