About the Role:
- Support the Exams Coordinator and senior staff with the day-to-day administration of examinations
- Manage exam timetables, student registrations, and seating plans across CIE, AQA and Pearson
- Prepare, receive, store, and distribute confidential exam materials securely
- Coordinate invigilation arrangements and ensure exam rooms run smoothly
- Maintain accurate records of entries, attendance, and results
- Provide wider support to the student registry during peak periods
