We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a network of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Lambeth. About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
- Help implement EHCPs and Individual Education Plans
- Support pupils with autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Adapt learning materials to suit individual learning styles
