We are working with a welcoming secondary school in West London seeking a Welfare Officer / School Administrator to join their team on a long-term basis from September. This is a varied role combining school office administration with student welfare support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day school office administration and reception duties
- Using SIMS for accurate data entry, attendance, and student records
- Providing First Aid and welfare support to secondary-aged students when required
- Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies in a professional manner
- Supporting safeguarding procedures and maintaining accurate records
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous secondary school office or welfare experience is essential
- Confident using SIMS (essential)
- Holds a valid First Aid at Work qualification (3-day course standard required)

- This is a long-term position within a secondary school
- No on-site parking available
- Candidates with First Aid close to expiry may be considered if willing to complete refresher training after placement
