We are currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Brent, starting in September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to work closely with students, support their academic development, and gain valuable experience within a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Key responsibilities: Supporting students in and out of the classroom Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom engagement Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required Encouraging students' confidence, progress, and participation Supporting students with their academic and personal development Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment The ideal candidate will have: A graduate degree A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in education and working with young people The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Why work with Horizon Teachers?
