Horizon are recruiting for Fall Protection Foreman in both the Nottinghamshire area and along the M4 corridor, Berkshire, Thames Valley to support our clients. You will be experienced in overseeing the installation, test, inspection and repair of fall protection systems, safety anchors, Guardrail, Fixed Access Ladders, Roof Walkways and Gantry's.
The role includes:
- Supervising and coordinating other workers
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Communicating with clients
- Maintaining project schedules

Qualifications/Certifications:
- CSCS carded, ideally skilled worker Personal Fall Protection Installer
- Proven Supervisory Skills for managing and coordinating teams effectively
- Skilled and experienced in the installation, test and repair of safety lifeline systems, Guardrail and edge protection, and other associated equipment to current standards
- Familiarity with health and safety standards
- Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
