B2B Sales Executive Full Time – Permanent 25K Basic plus uncapped commission, OTE 35K WEEKLY PAY including your commission!! Mon – Friday – 8.45am – 5.15pm (No Weekends) Altrincham Free Parking We are currently recruiting a number of Professional Sales Executives to work with Digital Marketing clients based in Altrincham. We’re looking for individuals with recent sales or B2B experience, great work ethic, and a genuine desire to progress to join our clients excellent sales team. The Role * To cold call potential customers to generate interest in order to transfer the prospect to the Business Development Manager to complete a demonstration of the company’s products. * Manage Data Accurately – changing the sales stage and understanding the dispositions which affect the output in CRM * Manages calls/callbacks * Performance is in line with the average data yield * Call Quality – adheres to the script * Handles objections * During the probation period meets weekly point target * Develops relationships to ensure effective communication with all departments within the business * Leads by example, a role model for new recruits * Demonstrates ethical behaviour * Adheres to all company policies and procedures * Is a reliable/dependable team player, excellent attendance record/time-keeping * Demonstrates consistent positive behaviour on a day-to-day basis * Responds positively to change and supports management in change implementation * Demonstrates initiative and drive * Demonstrates emotional resilience These new roles offer fantastic career opportunities with fast-track career development.
