Graduate Recruitment Consultant Full Time – Perm Macclesfiled Monday – Friday Are you looking to start a career in recruitment? 24K-27K basic plus uncapped bonus OTE 35K We have excellent opportunities with an established company based in Macclesfeild that provide all the tools and training you require to make your new career a success! Trainee Recruitment consultants are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. A Trainee Consultant will be responsible for sourcing suitably qualified candidates for live jobs using the tools provided and will be comfortable dealing with people and will be able to carry out duties efficiently with accuracy and urgency. Ideally, the candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and skills: · Excellent people and relationship building skills are essential · Attention to detail · Excellent organisation skills · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Good awareness reporting and the tools to do so · Competence in Microsoft Office As you\’d expect with a role of this nature, you\’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. So, an ability to manage your own time and support the talented team around you is key. A desire to learn and progress is also key.
