B2B Sales Executive Full Time – Permanent Monday – Friday (No Weekends) 25,000K Basic OTE 40K Uncapped WEEKLY PAY including commission Hours 1.30 pm-9.00 pm Altrincham We are currently recruiting a number of Professional Sales Executives to work with Digital Marketing clients based in Altrincham. You don\’t need to have sales experience to apply, as we will consider all levels of experience, but must be seeking a role in sales, be reliable, committed and conduct yourself well. The Role * To cold call potential customers to generate interest in order to transfer the prospect to the Business Development Manager to complete a demonstration of the company’s products. * Manage Data Accurately – changing the sales stage and understanding the dispositions which affect the output in CRM * Manages calls/callbacks * Performance is in line with the average data yield * Call Quality – adheres to the script * Handles objections * During the probation period meets weekly point target * Develops relationships to ensure effective communication with all departments within the business * Leads by example, a role model for new recruits * Demonstrates ethical behaviour * Adheres to all company policies and procedures * Is a reliable/dependable team player, excellent attendance record/time-keeping * Demonstrates consistent positive behaviour on a day-to-day basis * Responds positively to change and supports management in change implementation * Demonstrates initiative and drive * Demonstrates emotional resilience Full extensive training and a defined career path Salary is £25,000 basic, 1st year OTE £40K WEEKLY PAY including commission Excellent Benefits Mon – Friday – 1.30 pm – 9.00 pm Horizon Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and is acting as an employment agency in reference to this vacancy
