We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and proactive
Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our Operations Management Team, supporting cleaning services across multiple client sites throughout
Northern Ireland.
This is a varied, hands-on, role that combines operational support with supervisory responsibilities.
You will provide cover cleaning on an ad hoc basis to meet business needs, including staff holidays and absences, while also carrying out regular client visits, quality inspections, and team support to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.

Key responsibilities include
- Assist the Operations Management Team with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of cleaning services and support operational needs.
- Conduct regular site inspections, client visits, and quality audits to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
- Support the recruitment process by assisting with the induction, training, and ongoing mentoring of cleaning operatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety legislation, and site-specific procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate records relating to cleaning standards, staff attendance, audits, and operational activities.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, site contacts, and cleaning teams.
- Identify and report operational issues, recommending and implementing solutions where appropriate.
- Support the Operations Management Team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery across all contracts.
- Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach while representing the company on client sites.
Requirements include
- Full, clean UK/EEA driving licence (essential), as regular travel between client sites is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial or industrial cleaning.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience within the cleaning industry (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, industry best practices, COSHH, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work evenings and weekends when required to meet operational needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Confident using company systems to record, update, and report information accurately.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
