Horizon Parking Ltd is a car park management company, providing our various services nationwide. Within the business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Groundworker to join the team. This will be a home-based role, travelling across the UK - using our Long Eaton office as a base to complete your weekly rota and tasks. As such, it will require flexibility from you, for overnight stays throughout the working week (1-3 nights per week). Please note that some of the work we do also requires us to work through the night, so you must be willing to work both day and night shifts.

What do I need to do…

As a Groundworker, you are responsible for:

  • General construction work in line with client requirements, including paving, kerbing, installing bollards / machines / equipment, foundation work, drainage, finishing works, surfacing, concreting etc.
  • Ensuring full compliance with company and on-site client health and safety policy and requirements
  • Delivering high-quality work in line with company and client expectations
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required

Experience Skills required:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience of working in grounds maintenance field
  • Experience of using a range of power tools and equipment
  • CSCS Card
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Full driving licence

This role will require working away from home on a planned basis. Hotel accommodation and subsistence allowance is provided in line with our Expense Policy.
