What are we looking for?

  • A reliable and trustworthy Mobile Patrol Officer with ANPR and Maintenance duties, to work in Northern Ireland.
  • Someone who can work 40 hours per week, spread across any 5 days of the week including weekend working.
  • A qualified driver who must be able to meet the Highway Code eyesight test requirements. Candidates must be able to read a vehicle number plate from a distance of 20 metres (65 feet) in good daylight, as stipulated by UK legislation. This is to ensure that all our drivers can perform their duties safely and in compliance with legal standards.

What will we expect in return?

  • Travel to and from allocated sites within visit cycles provided, and/or as required.
  • Patrol and monitor car parks, ensuring the car park is tidy and clean at all times.
  • Maintain a professional image when dealing with third parties.
  • Issue Parking Charge Notices as and when required, in line with the contraventions set out in the terms and conditions signage within the car park.
  • Check if parking equipment is in working order, perform preventative maintenance, and undertake minor repairs.
  • Maintain and service ANPR equipment, machine/kiosk units, and carry out signage installations in line with company standards.
  • Restock machines with tickets and perform replenishment of consumables within payment and validation kiosks.
  • Maintain accurate job records and provide regular updates.
  • Management of abuse of parking facilities and improve accessibility for all site users.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as and when required.
  • Identify risks, carry out duties in line with company health and safety policies, and follow safe working practices.
  • Carry out any other tasks and instructions as and when required.

What do we need from you?

  • A full UK Driving licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and practical problem-solving approach to enforcement and maintenance tasks.
  • Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills, including PC usage.
  • A pro-active, self-motivated approach and effective management of your own timekeeping.
  • A good understanding of customer requirements and site diversity.
