What are we looking for?

  • A reliable and trustworthy Static Patrol Officer, to work at Premier Inn Heathrow, T4 on a temporary basis until Xmas 2026
  • 28 hours per week (average), working6am to 2pm on a 4 on, 4 off basis

What will we expect in return?

  • Patrol around the car park in accordance to company procedures and policies.
  • Build professional relationships with site management teams and maintain a good image when dealing with third parties.
  • Improve accessibility for all site users.
  • Protection of disabled spaces.
  • Management of abuse of parking facilities.
  • Issue parking tickets to drivers of vehicles that breach the terms and conditions of the car park.
  • Provide excellent customer services and assist customers as and when required.
  • Accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and faults to the Line Manager.
  • Carry out duties in line with company health and safety policies and follow safe working practices.
  • Carry out any other tasks and instructions as and when required.
