Nestled in the heart of Oregon wine country, Dundee Hills RV Resort is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our seasonal staff in a dual Front Desk & Housekeeping role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in creating a welcoming guest experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is available immediately, and will go through the end of December.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Duties
    • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
    • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally
    • Manage reservations in Campspot
    • Provide local recommendations and excellent customer service
    • Handle payments and basic administrative tasks
  • Housekeeping Duties
    • Clean and prepare cabins, restrooms, clubhouse, and common areas
    • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the resort
    • Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
    • Assist with laundry and general upkeep as needed

  • Must pass background check
  • Campspot knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
