As a Receptionist you’ll play a vital role in providing a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre; ensuring consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout each customer’s experience.
What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
- Meet and greet all customers upon arrival, assisting them as required.
- Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities.
- Taking accurate payments in accordance with company policy.
- Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Team Leader.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
- Energy and resilience.
- Flexibility and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Programmes, Outlook and booking systems.

This role will be based at Guildford but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
