We are looking for a Receptionist to join us in transforming our business from 'good' to 'great'! This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all customers upon arrival, assisting them as required.
- Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities.
- Take accurate payments in accordance with company policy.
- Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Team Leader.
